• The Second bedroom has a double or twin beds. Two windows have views over the neighbourhood.
• The adjoining bathroom has a shower.
• The Lounge area has comfortable seating, a dining area and desk for working.  Patio doors lead onto the large balcony.
• The kitchen has patio doors onto the large balcony.
• The utility room has a washing machine and south facing balcony.
• The front balcony has ample seating for dining or relaxing and incredible views.

The Upper Floor

• The master bedroom is in a loft style and has a king size bed and sea views.
• The third bedroom is loft style with a single bed and access onto a roof terrace. It can take a further camp bed for a child.
• The top floor bathroom has a full size bath with shower.
